services below are our service offerings for Brokers to offer their Clients on
a per listing basis. Standard Services
are the minimum, but Marketing Packages and Advertising Enhancements are
available on all salable listings. As you can
see from the fees below, all back office valuation and preparation services
can be done for a low fee of $350 fro Standard Services up to only $550 for a
complete package with internet advertising.
This can often be obtained in an upfront fee from the client. |
